臭灵丹草药材显微鉴定分析研究

Microscopic Identification of Choulingdancao

目的:对臭灵丹草药材进行显微鉴定研究,并建立臭灵丹草药材的显微鉴定标准。方法:采用石蜡制片法、叶表皮制片、粉末制片等显微鉴定方法对臭灵丹草的茎、叶组织构造及粉末进行观察。结果:对臭灵丹草药材的茎、叶组织构及药材粉末进行显微观察、照相,制定臭灵丹草药材显微鉴定特征。结论:臭灵丹草药材显微鉴定特征明显,可为臭灵丹草药材的显微鉴定标准的制定提供参考。

Objective ：The aim of this research is to explore the microscopic identification of Choulingdancao and to es- tablish Choulingdancao medicinal microscopic identification standards. Methods ： Paraffin wax, leaf epidermis, powder and other microscopic identification of the microscopic identification of Choulingdancao stems,leaf tissue structure and medici- nal powder were observed. Results ： Choulingdancao stems, leaves organizational structure and medicinal powder are used for microscopic observation and photography. We analyzed and summarized the characteristic microscopic identification of Choulingdancao. Concluzion ： The characteristics of microscopic identification of Choulingdancao is obvious, and it can be a reference for the research of the microscopic identification of Choulingdancao.
