摘要
目的:通过马钱子配伍白术(马钱子配伍白术以下简称马白)不同比例水煎液中马钱子碱和士的宁的变化,观察配伍对马钱子主要毒性成分的影响,并寻求减毒较佳配伍比例。方法:采用HPLC分别对配伍前后主要生物碱成分马钱子碱和士的宁的含量进行测定。结果:与马钱子单煎剂比较,马白1∶2煎剂中马钱子碱和士的宁分别升高17.6%和46.9%;马白1∶4煎剂的马钱子碱和士的宁别下降23.5%和8.5%;马白1∶6煎剂中马钱子碱和士的宁分别降低29.0%和16.6%。结论:马白1∶4、1∶6煎剂可降低马钱子毒性成分,起到减毒作用。减毒较佳配比为马白1∶6。
Objective: Through the combination of Strychnos Nux-vomical and Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz( hereinafter referred to as SA),the article observes the impact on Strychnine and Brucine of different proportions,and tries to seek the better proportion. Method: Use HPLC to determinate the mass fraction of strychnine and brucine,which in Strychnos Nux-vomical uncombines and combines with Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. Results: Comparing with Strychnos single decoction,SA 1 ∶ 2 decoction's brucine and strychnine has increased 17. 6% and 46. 9%; SA 1 ∶ 4 decoction's brucine and strychnine has decreased 23. 5% and 8. 5%; SA 1 ∶ 6 decoction's brucine and strychnine has decreased 29. 0% and16. 6%. Conclusion: SA 1 ∶ 4,1 ∶ 6 decoction can reduce the toxic components of Strychnos Nux- vomical. The better proportion which can reduce the toxic components is SR 1 ∶ 6.
