活血益肾中药治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Huoxue Yishen in Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:观察活血益肾中药联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取95例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组47例进行常规西医治疗,治疗组48例在对照组基础上加用活血益肾中药治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、24 h尿蛋白排出量、空腹血糖等指标变化。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为91.67%,对照组为78.72%,经卡方检验,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;2个疗程后,治疗组尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿素氮(BUN)和血肌酐(Scr)水平分别为(56.20±19.45)μg/min、(4.68±1.00)mmol/L和(75.70±19.55)μmol/L,对照组分别为(74.35±21.50)μg/min、(6.35±1.12)mmol/L和(96.76±26.50)μmol/L,经t检验,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗组总不良反应发生率为10.42%,对照组为8.51%,经卡方检验,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:活血益肾中药联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病具有较好的临床疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Huoxue Yishen Decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods： 95 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into 2 groups. 47 patients treated with western medicine were as control group and 48 patients treated with western and Chinese medicine were as treatment group. The clinical curative effect before and after treatment,24 h urinary protein excretion,fasting blood sugar and other index changes were observed in two groups. Results： The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 91. 67% and 78. 72%,respectively. The difference was statistically significant by the chi- square test,P〈0. 05. After 2 courses,urinary albumin excretion rate（ UAER）,urea nitrogen（ BUN） and serum creatinine（ Scr） in treatment group were（ 56. 20 ± 19. 45） μg / min,（ 4. 68 ± 1. 00） mmol / L and（ 75. 70 ± 19. 55） mol /L,respectively. These indexes in the control group were（ 74. 35 ± 21. 50） μg / min,（ 6. 35 ± 1. 12） mmol / L and（ 96. 76± 26. 50） μmol / L,respectively. The difference was statistically significant by t test,P〈0. 05. The total incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group and control group was 10. 42% and 8. 51%,respectively. There was no statistically significant difference by the chi- square test,P〉0. 05. Conclusion： Huoxue Yishen Decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of diabetic nephropathy has good curative effect. It is worth popularization and application.
