切开复位锁定钢板配合克氏针植骨内固定联合中医药分期治疗老年人桡骨远端骨折合并骨质疏松的临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of Open Reduction and Locking Plate with Kirschner Internal Fixation Combined with TCM in Stage Treating the Elder Patients with the Distal Radial Fractures Indications Osteoporosis

目的:探讨老年人桡骨远端骨折合并骨质疏松手术联合中医药分期治疗的适应症及其优缺点。方法:对120例老年人桡骨远端骨折合并骨质疏松的患者的治疗和总结。结果:对67例老年人桡骨远端骨折合并骨质疏松的患者采用切开复位锁定钢板配合克氏针植骨内固定术联合中医药分期治疗和早期康复锻炼治疗,取得了较为满意的结果。结论:切开复位锁定钢板配合克氏针植骨内固定术联合中医药分期治疗和早期康复锻炼是治疗老年人桡骨远端骨折合并骨质疏松的有效方法。

Objective：To investigate the operation with distal radial fractures indications osteoporosis combined with TCM in stage treatment in the elderly and the advantages and disadvantage of operation treatment. Methods ： On the treat- ment of 120 cases with osteoporotic indications distal radial fractures in the elderly patients and summary, as the same time. Results ： In 67 patients with osteoporosis of distal radial fractures in the elderly were treated with open reduction inter- nal fixation with locking plate and Kirschner, bone grafting and combined with TCM in stage treatment and early rehabili- tation training in the treatment, It obtained a satisfactory result. Concluslon：Open reduction and locking plate combined with Kirschner internal fixation and bone grafting and combined with TCM in stage treatment and early rehabilitation train- ing is effective in treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic distal radius fractures.
