经济结构变化对农用地流转的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Economic Structural Changes on Agricultural Land

科学识别影响农用地流转的因素，并制定相应的调控措施，是促进农用地健康流转的关键。通过理论分析经济结构变化对农用地流转的影响，构建相关计量模型，运用2007~2012年的抽样调查统计数据，实证分析了经济结构变化对农用地流转的影响。结果表明产业结构和就业结构对农用地流转影响较为显著，收入分配结构和消费结构对农用地流转影响不明显。我国应该继续发展非农产业，尤其是发展吸纳就业能力强的服务业，扩大非农产业就业容量。应根据产业结构和就业结构变化不断调整农用地流转的政策措施，使之与产业结构和就业结构相适应，提高土地资源配置效率。

Scientifically identifying influence factors of agricultural land transfer, then formulating relevant control measures, is the key to promoting the healthy circulation of agricultural land. By using theoretical and econometric meth-ods, this paper analyzes impacts of economic structural changes on agricultural land transfer. The period of statistical sampling data is during 2007-2012. The results show industrial and employment structure have significant effects on agri-cultural land transfer,but income distribution and consumption structure do not. Non-agricultural industry,especially ser-vices industry with strong capacity to absorb employment,should be constantly expanded. We should adjust the policies and measures of agricultural land transfer in China, according to industrial and employment structure, to improve land resource disposition efficiency.
