摘要 鱼类精原干细胞是鱼类精子发生的起始细胞,是一群具有自我更新和分化潜能的细胞。其独具的生物学特性,使其在干细胞生物学、遗传资源保存和转基因动物等研究领域具有重要价值。就鱼类精原干细胞的生物学特性、培养鉴定、分化潜能、移植和冷冻保存方面做一简要综述,以期为精原干细胞的研究提供借鉴。 Fish spermatogonial stem cells (SSCs) are the initiating cells of fish spermatogenesis, have the ability of self-renewal and differentiation potential. As the cell model, fish SSCs become an important tool for the researches on stem cell biology, genetic resources conservation and reproduction of transgenic animals. This article reviewed advances in the biological properties, culture, identification, differentiative potential, transplantation and cryopreservation of fish SSCs, to provide references for SSCs studies.
