不同施硒水平下接种AM真菌对丹参幼苗生长和品质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过盆栽试验,研究不同施硒水平下接种AM真菌对丹参生长和药用成分含量的影响。结果表明,同一施硒水平下,接种AM真菌显著提高丹参幼苗株高、根长、各部分质量及叶绿素、蛋白质、微量元素硒的质量分数,丙二醛质量摩尔浓度、脯氨酸质量分数均显著降低,说明AM真菌能够促进丹参生长,提高植株抗逆性,增强其对营养元素的吸收。且接种株丹参酮ⅡA质量分数均高于未接种株,当硒质量浓度为40mg·L^-1时接种株丹参酮ⅡA质量分数最高,为0.272%;不同施硒水平下,随硒质量浓度的增加,接种株与未接种株丹参生长量、可溶性糖、丙二醛及丹参酮ⅡA均先增大后减小,但接种株高于未接种株,在Se1(20mg·L^-1)-Se2(40mg·L^-1)时达到最大,说明高硒抑制丹参生长和药用成分的富集。可见,适量质量浓度的硒与AM真菌协同作用,能够更有效地提高丹参生长和药用成分的积累。丹参中硒质量分数与施硒质量浓度呈显著正相关,但无明显线性关系,且硒的分布为茎叶〉根部。因此,当硒质量浓度为20-40mg·L^-1时,AM真菌对丹参的接种效果最佳。 Eeffects of AM fungi on growth and medicinal ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza under different selenium levels were studied by use of pot technology.The results showed that inoculation of AM fungi significantly increased the plant height,root length,mass,chlorophyll of each part,protein and selenium contents of Salvia miltiorrhiza under the same selenium level.In addition,MDA and proline contents decreased significantly.AM fungi could promote the growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza,enhance disease resistance and improve the uptake of nutrient elements.The contents of tanshinoneⅡ Ain inoculated plants were higher than that of non inoculated plants.While the selenium concentration was 40 mg·L^-1,the content of tanshinone ⅡAin inoculated plants was highest and it was0.272%.On the different selenium levels,the growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza,soluble sugar,MDA and the content of tanshinoneⅡ Aincreased firstly and then decreased with increase of selenium concentration,but the contents of inoculated plants were higher than that of non inoculated plants,it reached the maximum at Se1(20mg·L^-1)-Se2(40mg·L^-1).The result showed that high selenium inhibitedthe growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza and the accumulation of medicinal components.The proper concentration of selenium was cooperated with AM fungi on improving the growth and accumulation of medicinal components of Salvia miltiorrhiza.Selenium content in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge was positively correlated with selenium concentrations,but there was no obvious linear relationship,the distribution was more in the leaves than in roots.Inoculation of AM fungi on the Salvia miltiorrhiza had the best effectiveness when the selenium concentration was 20-40mg·L^-1.
