Environmental Impact Assessment Methods of Railway Construction Projects on Natural Reerve——Illustrated by the Case of Lianzhen Railway

铁路建设项目必须穿越自然保护区时,应慎重选线。铁路建设前应对保护区范围内的工程内容做深入分析,根据保护目标、保护功能,制定全面科学的生态调查方案。在工程分析和生态调查的基础上,进行科学的影响分析,制定合理的保护措施。文中以连镇铁路为例,对连镇铁路对江苏涟水涟漪湖黄嘴白鹭省级自然保护区的影响进行了分析,并在此基础上探讨了生态评价的方法与思路。

The railway lines should be carefully chosen, when the project must pass through nature reserves. Before the railway was constructed,the project con- tent within protected areas should be indepth analyzed. A comprehensive and scientific ecological survey plan should be made, according to the protection target and ecological function. On the basis of engineering analysis and ecological investigation, reasonable impact assessment and protection measures should be offered. In this paper, the impacts of Lianzhen railway on Egretta eulophotes Provincial Nature Reserve in Lianyi lake of Lianshui were analyzed, and on the basis of that, the methods and ideas of ecological assessment were discussed.
