新城镇化背景下,海安县实施万顷良田工程具有重要的理论和现实意义。然而万顷良田工程中征地拆迁工作面临诸多难题,工程普遍受到抵触。如何正确有效地解决这些难题,推进万顷良田工程的顺利实施,是当地政府、社会各界普遍关注的热点问题之一。该文重点分析了征地拆迁工程中这些难题的形成机制,并在此基础上提出了相应的建议和对策。

Under the Background of the New Urbanization, Ten Thousand Hectares Fertile has important theoretical and practical significance in Haian County. However, land acquisition and resettlement of Ten Thousand Hectares Fertile is facing many difficulties, which is inconsistent with the people. How to solve these problems correctly and effectively, and to promote the project smoothly, is generally one of the hot issues to the local government and the community. This paper focused on the analysis of the formation mechanism of these problems of land acquisition and resettlement project, and put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
