盆腔炎实施临床路径变异分析

The analysis of variance about implementing the clinical pathway of pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:通过对临床路径管理模式的学习,分析盆腔炎实施临床路径的变异原因,并用于指导改进。方法:按照单病种临床路径管理模式对157例盆腔炎实施临床路径,根据临床实施过程中的变异因素来改善路径模式。结果:盆腔炎临床路径实施过程中的变异因素主要有2类:患者因素变异及医务人员因素变异。变异因素可相互交错存在。结论:对患者因素变异及医务人员因素变异提出相应的改进措施,为将来更好地实施临床路径提供经验。

[ Objective] By learning the management mode of clinical pathway, the reasons for the variance about implementing the clinical pathway of pelvic inflammatory disease was analyzed, which were helpful to guide the improvement.. [Method]In the light of the management model of clinical pathways about the single disease, 157 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease were implemented the clinical pathway. According to the variance factors with implementing the clinical pathway, the mode of clinical pathway was improved. [ Result] There are two types of variance factors including the variation factors of patients or medical staff. The variation factors existinterlacedly. [ Conclusion] The improving measures about the variance factors of patients or medical staff were presented, which could provide a better experience for implementing clinical pathways in the future.
