连续交叉内翻缝合在子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用效果评价

Evaluation on the Application Effects of Continuous Cross Inverting Suture in Myomectomy

目的:探讨连续交叉内翻缝合在子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年2月-2014年3月本院收治的100例行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用间断缝合术,观察组采用连续交叉内翻缝合,比较两组患者的缝合效果。结果:观察组肌瘤个数和肌瘤直径与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术时间、术中出血量及术后疼痛均小于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后排气、下床活动及住院时间与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:连续交叉内翻缝合在子宫肌瘤切除术中应用可缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量、减轻患者术后疼痛,具有显著的缝合效果,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective：To explore the application effect of continuous cross inverting suture in myomectomy. Method：100 cases of hysteromyomectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group from February 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital, the control group used interrupted suture, the observation group with continuous cross inverting suture, suture effect was compared between the two groups of patients.Result：The tumor and leiomyoma diameter of the two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）; The operation time, blood loss and postoperative pain in the observation group were less than that of the control group, the values between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The exhaust, ambulation and hospitalization time of the two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Continuous cross inverting suture in resection of myoma of uterus in the application can shorten operation time, reduce bleeding, reduce postoperative pain during the operation, suture has obvious effect, it is worth in clinical application.
