应用PDCA循环法加强基层医院病案质量管理分析

The Application Effect of PDCA in Medical Record Quality Management

目的:探讨如何应用PDCA循环法加强基层医院病案质量管理。方法:通过分析2012年1-3月住院病案终末质控高返修率的现状,查找成因,从2012年4月-2013年12月运用PDCA循环法进行病案质量管理,评价PDCA循环管理前后医院住院病案质量评价表得分、筛查返修率和甲级病案率。并总结在病案管理中应用PDCA循环法的要点。结果:应用PDCA循环管理后,医院住院病案质量评价得分、筛查返修率和甲级病案率均明显优于PDCA循环管理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在基层医院实施PDCA管理,可明显改善病案质量。

Objective：To probe into the application effect of basic-level hospitals accreditation standards in medical record quality management.Method：The hospital medical record quality of terminal high repair rate situation from January 2012 to March 2012 was analysed ,then found reasons of this phenomenon and carried out PDCA cycle management from April 2012 to December 2013.The hospital medical record quality evaluation scores,screening repair rate and class A medical record rate were compared.Result：The hospital medical record quality evaluation scores, screening repair rate and class A medical record rate after the PDCA cycle management were better than that before the PDCA cycle management.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Carrying out PDCA management in basic-level hospital can significantly optimize the quality of medical record.
