摘要 以五氯化磷和N,N′-二苄基草酰胺为原料,在微波辐射下合成5-氯-1-苄基-2-苯基咪唑,产物结构经1 H NMR、IR、MS及元素分析确证。同时研究了微波辐射功率、辐射时间、反应物投料比对反应的影响。结果表明:五氯化磷∶N,N′-二苄基草酰胺的投料比为2∶1,辐射功率为300W,辐射时间为8min时,收率最高为75.4%。 Under microwave irradiation, 5-chloro-l-benzyl-2-phenyl imidazole was synthesized from phos- phoric chloride and N, N'-dibenzyl oxamide. The structure was identified by 1H NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis. The effects of the microwave power, radiation time and reactant ratio on the yield were investigated. The optimum conditions were as follows: the reactant ratio of phosphoric chloride and N, N'-dibenzyl oxamide was 2 : 1, the microwave power was 300 W, and the radiation time was 8 min. The yield was 75.4%.
