Production Practice of Reducing of Warp Breakage in Compact Spinning with Yarn 5.83 Tex

为解决5.83tex紧密纱整经断头多的问题,分析纱线整经百根万米断头高的原因,通过对筒纱回倒检验,分析表明问题主要因胶辊起槽、损伤、晃动,胶圈松驰、打折,锭带偏长、松驰,经采取针对性的技术整改措施后解决了问题,达到降低纱线整经百根万米断头的目标。

In order to find the solution to the problems of frequent warp breakage of the compact-spun yarn 5.83 tex,analysis is done to the causes resulting in 100 end-breakages in warp of ten thousand meter long. The back-inspection of the bobbin yarn shows that the main problems results from roller groove, injury, shaking, apron slack, pleating, ingot with partial long, slack. Countermeasures have been taken to solve the problem of 100 end-breakages in warp of ten thousand meter long.
