一种基于STM32的光伏汇流箱监测装置

摘要 提出了一种光伏汇流箱监测装置,它由主控回路、采样回路和通讯回路构成,且各回路间在电气上相互隔离。主控回路采用抗干扰能力强,外设资源丰富的STM32系列单片机作为主控芯片。采样电路与光伏组串的输出端直接相连,使用线性电阻作为采样元件,并借助光耦实现其与主控回路间交互信号的隔离传输。通讯电路加强了接口的防浪涌保护设计,并利用在UART接收中断中设置同步时钟的方式快速地对信息帧间隔时间进行判断,提高从站返回帧的动态响应速度。 This kind of PV string monitoring device consists of control circuit,sampling circuit and communication circuit which are electrical iso-lation among each other.Control circuit uses STM32 series MCU as its main processor which has strong anti interference ability and rich pe-ripheral resources.The sampling circuit is connected to the PV String directly,using liner resistance as its sampling element,and use optocoupler to insulated with control circuit.In the aspect of communication,this device strengthen the surge protection design of the communication interface cir-cuits.Additionally,by the means of add a synchronous clock in the UART receive interrupt,this de-vice can determine the frame interval quickly,so as to promote the dynamic response speed effectively.
