摘要
由于大口径无缝钢管生产过程对管坯边加热边扩径,因此加热功率高、扩径效率低、材料组织晶粒粗大的缺点。陕西多伦科技发展有限公司研制的Φ1 300 mm大口径钢管在线热扩径机,具有生产效率高、节能、短流程等特点。同时该扩径机采用了四夹头对中约束装置。减小管坯端部变形量,约束管坯的周向变形,保证了管坯变形过程的圆柱度。
Heating-while-expending steel pipe is required in the production process of large-diameter steel pipe, but there are some shortcoming , such as high heating power , poor expending efficiency , and coarse grain.Hot-expending machine for Φ1 300 mm large-diameter steel pipe was developed by shaanxi doron tech-nology development Co., Ltd., it is high production efficiency , energy conservation and short process this expen-der.Centering restraint device with four-jaw independent chuck was used in this expender , which decreased de-formation of end pipe and restrained circumferential deformation .The device does guarantee cylindricality .
