摘要
根据立捣卧挤式炭素挤压机机架的结构特点,利用有限元分析软件I-DEAS建立有限元模型,并对机架零件进行了静力学的有限元分析计算,研究了在预压和挤压两种载荷工作状态下机架的应力和应变情况。据此选定最大应力的测点,采用电阻应变测量法对机架应力进行实际检测。结果表明,应用I-DEAS软件分析计算具有较高的精度,所建立模型和采用的计算方法可靠,机架零件的结构设计合理。
Based on the construction features of the frame of carbon extrusion press , a finite element model has been established by using large-scale finite element analysis software I-DEAS, and the structural stress and dis-placement of the frame under all sorts of loads have been analyzed .On the basis of the selected point of maxi-mum stress, resistance strain gauge method used for determining main stress value of the frame .The results in-dicate that analysis and calculation by using I-DEAS software is relatively accurate , the finite element model and the analysis method are appropriate .The structural design of the frame is reasonable .
