海洋红酵母对肉鸡生产性能、屠体性能及小肠形态结构的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究海洋红酵母BSH对内鸡生产性能、屠体性能及小肠形态结构的影响,本试验选取300只1日龄的AA肉鸡商品代雏鸡,采用单因子随机分组试验设计将其分为5个处理组,每个处理组3个重复,每个重复20只鸡。其中1个对照组,饲喂基础日粮,正常饮水。1个抗生素组,饲喂基础日粮,在饮水中添加恩诺沙星和硫酸粘菌素。3个试验组,饲喂基础日粮,在饮水中分别添加0.5×10^6、1×10^6、1.5×10^6 cfu/mL的海洋红酵母BSH。试验期42d。结果表明:海洋红酵母BSH可以显著提高肉鸡的生长性能和屠体性能,并对其小肠形态结构有一定的改善作用。其中添加浓度为1.5×10^6cfu/mL的海洋红酵母BSH组表现最好,1~42日龄阶段,日增重和日采食量分别显著提高13.22%和9.67%(P〈0.05);死淘率和腹脂率分别显著降低68.77%和51.97%(P〈0.05);饲料转化效率改善5.99%(P〉0.05);同时小肠各段隐窝深度变浅,绒毛长度、V/C值和黏膜厚度增加(P〉0.05)。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of Rhodotorula Mucilaginosa BSH on growth performance, carcass performance and mucosal structure of small intestine in broiler.In the experiment, a total of 300 one-day- old AA broiler were randomly allotted to 5 treatments with 3 replicates of 20 each.The control group was fed basal diet.The antibiotic group received basal diet and drinking water with enrofloxacin and colistin sulfate.Three experiment groups received basal diet and drinking water with Rhodotorula Mucilaginosa BSH 0.5×10^6 cfu/mL, 1 ×10^6 cfu/mL and 1.5×10^6 cfu/ mL,respectively.The trial lasted for 42 days.The results showed that Rhodotorula Mucilaginosa BSH could significantly im- prove growth performance,carcass performance and mucosal structure in small intestine of broiler.The supplementation of 1.5×10^6 cfu/mL Rhodotorula Mucilaginosa BSH group showed the best positive effects,and the average daily gain (ADG) was increased by 13.22% and average daily feed intake(ADFI) was increased by 9.67%(P 〈 0.05),the mortality rate was reduced by 68.77% and the abdominal fat rate was reduced by 51.97%(P 〈 0.05) at the stage of the 1-- 42 days,and the feed conversion ration was improved by 5.99% (P 〉 0.05)at the stage of 1- 42 days.The small intestine crypt depth be- came shallower, the villus length, V/C value and thicknss of mucosa were increased (P 〉 0.05).
