摘要
本试验运用响应曲面法(Box-Behnken设计)优化木香有效成分的提取工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,以微波功率、提取时间及料液比为主要影响因素,运用响应曲面法优化微波提取工艺条件,模拟得到提取率的二次回归方程模型。利用Design Expert 7.0软件分析试验结果,得出最优提取工艺条件为微波功率403 W、提取时间9.5 min、料液比为1∶16.5(g/m L),木香烃内酯及去氢木香内酯的实际提取率(2.08%)与拟合方程的预测值(2.12%)符合良好。结果表明,采用Box-Behnken响应面法建立的木香烃内酯及去氢木香内酯提取工艺模型提取率高,并可对试验结果进行良好预测。
The objective of this study was optimization of microwave-assisted extraction technology of effective constituent from Costustoot by Box-Behnken center composite design.Based on single factor experiments,the quadratic regression model for the extraction etticiency of costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone were established ahout the independent variables(microwave power, extracting time and the solid-liquid ratio) through Box-Behnken center composite design and response surface methodology.Through Design Expert 7.0 analysis,the optimum extraction conditions were as follow: microwave power was 403 Wextracting time was 9.5 min and the solid-liquid ratio was 1:16.5 (g/ml,).Under these conditions,the practical yiekt was 2.08 %,which was consistent with the predicted yield of 2.12 %.The resuhs showed that the exh'aelion model established by Box-Behnken method could precisely predict the experiment resuhs.In the best conditions deduced from the mode, the extraction rate of costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone was high.
