中草药对坝上长尾鸡公鸡睾丸微观结构及生殖激素分泌的影响

Effects of Chinese herbal medicine on testiculartissue and reproductive hormone of Bashanglong-tail cocks

为研究中草药对坝上长尾鸡性成熟的影响,本试验选用健康的110日龄坝上长尾公鸡30只,随机分为两组,每组设3个重复,每个重复5只,对照组喂基础日粮,试验组添加1%的中草药添加剂,分别于110、120、130日龄制作睾丸组织石蜡切片,HE染色,光镜观察曲细精管变化。120、130日龄测定外周血浆促卵泡素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)、睾酮(T)激素含量。结果表明:120、130日龄试验组曲细精管直径分别比对照组长18.78%和16.25%(P<0.01),管腔中初级精母细胞、次级精母细胞和成熟精子明显增多;120、130日龄试验组T浓度比对照组分别提高203.70%(P<0.01)和178.95%(P<0.01)。由此可见,中草药能够促进坝上长尾公鸡睾丸曲细精管发育和生殖激素分泌,进而促进其性成熟。

In order to study the effects of Chinese herbal medicine on sexual maturity in Bashang long-tail cocks, 30 healthy cocks aged 110 days were randomly divided into two groups with 3 replication of 5 cocks each.The control group were fed basal diet and the trial group were added 1% Chinese herbal medicine for 20 days to study the paraffin section of testis seminiferous tubules and follicle-stimulating （FSH）, luteinzing hormone （LH）, testosterone （T） content of peripheral blood.The results showed that the testis seminiferous tubules diameter of the testis seminiferous tubules were 18.78% and 16.25% longer than that of control group （P 〈 0.01 ） ,T content of the test group was 203.70% and 178.95% higher than that of control group at experiment 10 d,20 d respectively （P 〈 0.01 ）.The number of primary spermatocytes,secondary spermatocytes and mature sperm were more than those of control group in the seminiferous tubules lumen.Therefore,Chi- nese herbal medicine could promote the development of the testicle seminiferous tubules and the secretion of reproductive hormones, thereby promoting the sexual maturity of Bashang long-tail cocks.
