构建适合新中国第四代中小学校长发展的培训体系

新中国成立以来,中小学校长队伍不断发展,当前已经进入以第四代中小学校长为主体的发展时期。第四代校长学历基础良好,发展环境优良,但也存在"有学历、缺专业"的问题。第四代中小学校长正肩负着教育强国的历史使命,需要更加关注教育的本真价值,更加具有专业品质,更加具有世界眼光,更加具有民族精神。为此,应构建适合第四代校长专业发展的培训体系,主要包括:培训对象的层次体系、培训项目体系、培训课程体系、教材体系、师资体系、培训基地体系、培训模式体系、培训评价体系等,整体提升我国新一代校长培训的科学化、专业化水平。

Since the founding of new China, primary and secondary school principals have a continu- ous development and has entered into a development period with the fourth generation of primary and sec- ondary school principals as the main. The fourth generation of primary and secondary school principals has a good education basis and a good environment for development, while problem of lacking professional qualifications also exists. The fourth generation of primary and secondary school principals is now shoul- dering the historical mission of invigorating our country with education. They need to pay more attention to the true value of education, and they need to be with more professional qualities, views of the world, and national spirits. Therefore, construction of a training system suitable for the professional development of the fourth generation of principals is necessary. The training system mainly includes： systematic levels of the trainees, training project system, training course system, teaching materials system, teaching staff system, training base system, training model system, training evaluation system etc, which will improve the scientific and professional level of the new generation principal training in China in an all-round way.
