黑龙江省粮食型龙头企业发展制约因素研究

The Restricting Factors Research on Grain Leading Enterprises of Agricultural Industrialization in Heilongjiang

黑龙江省作为我国重要的粮食生产基地,其粮食型农业产业化龙头企业的发展变得尤为重要。文章利用数据资料,结合实证研究方法,利用主成分分析法对主观制约因素排序分析,找出主要阻碍龙头企业发展的制约因素,提出加深科技水平、寻求多元化发展、拓宽销售渠道、提高资金周转率、规范龙头企业规模、合理配置土地资源、加大农业保险支持力度等对策建议,以求实现龙头企业长远发展、稳固市场地位、利益最大化等目的。

As one of the most important grain production bases, the development of grain leading enterprises of ag- ricultural industrialization becomes more and more significant in Heilongjiang. This paper makes use of the data, quantitatively analyze the main subjective restricting factors of grain leading enterprises of agricultural industrializa- tion in Heilongjiang with PCA （principal component analysis）.Using both quantitative and qualitative analysis, the article demonstrates the subjective and objective restricting factors in development of grain leading enterprises. Moreover, the paper puts forward some advices and measures, such as, enhancing the level of science and technolo- gy, seeking diversified development in the market, broadening the sales channels, increasing the turnover of funds, normalizing the size of the leading enterprises, allocating land resources rationally, investing more support of agricul- tural insurance and so on. And the last, the article achieves the purpose that the grain leading enterprises of agricul- tural industrialization in Heilongjiang Province will be developed in a long term, stablish the position in the market and have the largest interests with those suggestions.
