摘要
分析了干熄焦生产中排焦温度异常的现象,通过操作优化、浮焦处理、中央和周边风配比调整和系统堵漏等措施,控制排焦温度在正常范围内,稳定了干熄焦生产。
This paper analyzes the reason for abnormal CDQ discharging temperature. Measures such as optimizing operation, treatment of floating coke, center and surrounding air ration adjustment and leakage prevention of the system are taken to control the discharging temperature in normal range. Therefore the production of CDQ system is stabilized.
