ATC中多头弧面分度凸轮实体建模与加工仿真 被引量:7

摘要 目前加工中心ATC(自动换刀装置)中多头弧面分度凸轮精确建模难度比较大,加工制造也相对困难。常见的多头弧面分度凸轮实体建模中工作曲面扭曲变形比较严重,因此提出了一种新的建模方法。该方法借助Matlab软件的编程和计算,并将所得结果导入SolidWorks中对实体进行切削来完成实体建模,最后通过MasterCAM X6软件对弧面分度凸轮进行数控加工仿真,从而为多头弧面分度凸轮的建模和加工仿真提供了一种简单、可行的方法。 At present, it is more difficult to set an accurate model for the multi-start globular indexing-cam (MSGIC) in ATC (automatic tool changer) of machining center , the machining and manufacturing are also not easy. A new modeling method was then presented because a severe work-surface distortion could happen in solid modeling of the MSGIC.The method used Matlab functions of programming and calculation, which then put the results into Solidworks and completed solid modeling pro- cess by cutting the solid. At last, the globular indexing cam was machined and simulated by MasterCAM X6. The result pro- vides a simple and feasible method for modeling, machining and simulation processes of MSGIC.
