泡沫铝填充结构汽车车门防撞梁侧碰安全性仿真研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用Hyperworks和LS/DYNA有限元软件,研究了泡沫铝填充结构对汽车车门防撞梁的侧碰安全性。根据现有空管防撞梁结构设计了填充结构车门防撞梁,分别对泡沫铝填充结构的车门防撞梁和空管防撞梁的侧碰行为进行数值模拟,分析两种防撞梁的变形云图和侵入速度-时间曲线。研究结果表明,与空管防撞梁对比,泡沫铝填充结构防撞梁变形量小,具有更好的碰撞吸能性,在提高汽车安全性方面有良好的应用前景。 The side-impact safety of anti-collision beam with filled foam aluminum of door was investigated by finite element software Hyperworks and LS/DYNA. The structural anti-collision beam was based on present hollow-pipe anti-collision beam. Numerical simulation studies on the side-impact of the anti-collision beam with filled foam aluminum and the hollow^pipe were carried out to analyze the deformation cloud-diagram and the intrusion speed-time curve. The result shows that the anti-collision beam with filled foamed aluminum has a better capacity of energy absorption and a favorable application prospect on car safety when it is compared with the one with hollow- pipe structure.
