Research Progressof Fully Fashioned Knitting Technology

成形技术是针织核心技术之一,本文首先介绍了无缝、移圈、局编、提花、变密度等成形工艺及其应用;其次概括了圆编、横编、经编针织成形设备的发展现状,并提出了设备数字化、网络化、智能化、高速化、精细化以及全流程的发展趋势;最后总结了成形产品在服装、服饰以及产业用领域的开发应用情况。指出针织成形技术是服装行业发展的必然趋势,是一条科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低的新型工业化道路。

The fully fashioned technology is one of the core knitting technologies. The paper introduces firstly the knitted seamless, transfer, partial knitting, jacquard, variable density technology for the fully fashioned knit-ting; secondly, it generalizes the development situation of the fully fashioned knitting equipments including circular knitting, flat knitting and warp knitting machines, and proposes the growing trend of digitization, networking, in-telligence, high speed, elaborative and full flow equipment; finally, it summarizes the development and application of fully fashioned knitted products in the fields of apparel, home textiles and industrial textiles. The results show that the fully fashioned knitting technique is the irresistible trend of the clothing industry, as well as a new path of industrialization with high technology, economic effectiveness and low resource to consume.
