摘要 介绍在日本福原大圆机配套的花型设计软件—FDS套件和常用画图软件Adobe Photoshop上,开发一种少见的仿嵌花组织结构,并以设计和生产实例,描述花型设计过程及上机程序。建立了包含开发思路、嵌花原理、纹理图像、数据模块、花型展开、边缘区分、添加集圈、颜色整理等信息数据库,实现了产品信息的储存、检索、调取、重现等。设计开发的面料结构新颖、花纹清晰、布面丰满,批量生产的产品得到国内外客户的好评。 The paper develops a rare kind of intarsia-simulated knitted fabric on Japan Fuyuan circular knitting machine, by using the FDSE suite and Adobe Photoshop mapping software, and also describes its design process and computer program with an example of production. In addition, it establishes the information database, including developing thinking, intarsia kintting principle, texture image, data module,pattern expansion, edge distinguishing, tuck adding, color sorting and so on, which can realize the storage, retrieval, gathering, and recurrence of product information. This new kind fabric possesses novel structure, clear pattern, full fabric surface, and the bulk-produc-tion items have got unanimous favorable comments from the domestic and international customers.
