Development of Cool Jade Fiber Knitted Fabric with UV Resistance

阐述了冰爽玉纤维加工的原理,介绍了冰爽玉面料的设计开发及织造工艺,详细分析了冰爽玉面料前处理、染色、后整理等工序,并对冰爽玉面料进行了抗紫外线整理。同时,对冰爽玉面料产品进行了性能测试。结果表明,冰爽玉面料具有良好的服用性能和冷感功能,经整理后抗紫外线性能较好,适用于夏季POLO衫及T恤衫。

The principle of cool jade fiber processing was expounded, and the design development and weaving process of cool jade fabric was introduced. The processes of pertreatment, dyeing, post-treatment and so on about cool jade fabric were analyzed in detail. And UV resistance finishing of cool jade was conducted. At the same time, the performances of cool jade fabric product were tested. The results show that cool jade has good wearability and cool function with fine UV resistance after UV resistance finishing, and it is suitable for POLO shirt and T shirt in summer.
