摘要
以2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺为改性剂,对壳聚糖进行改性,得到壳聚糖衍生物(NMA-HTCC),并对NMA-HTCC进行红外光谱和热分析测试。利用NMA-HTCC对大豆蛋白复合纤维针织物改性,然后进行无盐染色,并测试抗菌性能。结果表明,壳聚糖改性后热稳定性有所下降;NMA-HTCC改性的大豆蛋白复合纤维针织物,在染色中可以实现无盐染色,织物的耐水洗色牢度与传统工艺相当,而且染色残液的COD值明显降低;NMA-HTCC还可提高大豆蛋白复合纤维对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌效果。
With 2, 3-epoxy propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and N-Methylol acrylamide as modifier, chi-tosan was modified and the chitosan derivative (NMA-HTCC) was obtained. NMA-HTCC was tested by infrared spectroscopy and thermal analysis. Soybean protein compound fiber fabric modified by NMA-HTCC was dyed with-out salt, and its antibacterial property was tested. The results show that Soybean protein compound fiber fabric modified by NMA-HTCC can be dyed without slat, and its color fastness to washing is the same as that of tradi-tional process, and COD value of dyeing raffinate obviously decreases; NMA-HTCC can also improve the antibacte-rial effect of soybean protein compound fiber on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli.
