在避碰规则越来越完善的今天,仍然存在一些不足的方面.本文就电气号灯垂直光弧、拖带和顶推中拖船桅灯以及不应间断的灯光等问题进行讨论,进行适当的修改.

Althongh ' the Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea' is more and more improved nowadays, it still exists some inadequacies. This paper makes discussions on the articles concerning with the vertical sector of electric light and tug's mastlights while towing and pushing, and thus offers the respectively amendments.
