摘要 Zeste基因增强子人类同源物2(EZH2)基因作为多梳基因(Pc G)家族中的核心成员,其在多种实体肿瘤中过度表达并与肿瘤的发生、发展、转移等生物学行为及预后有着密切的关系,但其具体机制仍知之甚少。笔者对EZH2作用机制的最新研究进展进行综述,其对揭示肿瘤发生发展过程,预测肿瘤的进展及预后,进而开发新的肿瘤靶向治疗药物具有较大的潜在临床价值。 As a core member of polycomb group genes family, Ebgabcer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) is over-expressed in many solid tumors and is closely related to carcinogenesis and deterioration, metastasis and prognosis of tumor. However, how EZH2 promotes tumor is still poorly understood. This review presents the concrete mechanisms and the correlation between EZH2 and tumor, which has great potential clinical value in predicting the development and the prognosis of tumor, and developing new molecular therapeutic target for cancer.
