鱼肝油酸钠泡沫硬化剂在血管畸形治疗中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨鱼肝油酸钠泡沫硬化剂和无水乙醇治疗静脉畸形的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年6月至2014年6月收治的71例静脉畸形患者共82个病灶,依据数字表法随机分为鱼肝油酸钠泡沫硬化剂硬化治疗。结果经硬化治疗后有效病灶的MR T2表现为高信号降低,瘤体缩小。观察组总有效率为85.71%,低于对照组的95.00%,但组间有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者硬化治疗后在疼痛、局部软组织肿胀和局部组织坏死、溃烂方面发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在发热和消化道反应方面两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鱼肝油酸钠泡沫硬化剂治疗血管畸形效果显著且无严重并发症,具有临床应用价值。
