摘要
综述了水稻香味的特点和类型、香味的化学成分、遗传研究进展以及影响水稻香味的环境因素,并针对水稻香味研究提出了问题和建议。
A comprehensive review is made on the advances in the researches of the characteristics and types of the fra-grance of rice, the chemical composition of the fragrance as well as the genetic issues related to it. Some problems and suggestions are put forward aiming at the research of the fragrance of rice.
