摘要
在中宁县林场进行了新疆大沙枣硬枝扦插育苗技术研究,并总结了大沙枣硬枝扦插育苗技术。结果表明:采用0.1‰ABT1号生根粉浸泡插穗12 h后进行扦插育苗可显著提高育苗成活率和苗木质量,苗木平均成活率达到90.4%,比对照高12.4个百分点;苗木平均高达到174 cm,比对照高20 cm;苗木平均地径达到1.70 cm,比对照粗0.22 cm。
A study of the technology for raising of the branch cuttage seedlings of Xinjiang Waill. was conducted in the forestry farm of Zhongning County and the field management technology for raising of the branch cuttage seedlings of Waill. was summarized. The results showed that the seedling survival rate and the quality of the seedlings could be upgraded significantly when the cuttage was made after the cutting shoots were soaked in 0.1‰ABT No.1 rooting powder for 12 hours and the average seedling survival rate reached 90.4%, higher than that of the control by 12.4 percentage points; the average height of the seedlings reached 174 cm, 20 cm higher than that of the control; the average ground diameter of the seedlings reached 1.7 cm, 0.22 cm higher than that of the control.
