摘要
植物雄性不育是自然界普遍存在的现象,也是利用杂种优势的重要途径之一。在花药发育过程中,花粉囊壁发育和减数分裂与花粉的育性有重要关系。主要从绒毡层发育和花粉母细胞减数分裂两个方面对近些年来植物花药发育基因调控网络进行综述,以期进一步了解和利用雄性不育性。
Male sterility in plant is common phenomenon in nature, which is one of important ways for heterosis utiliza- tion. There exists vital relevance between pollen fertility and both anther layers development and meiosis during the process of anther development. This paper introduced the gene regulatory expression network of anther development from aspects of tapetal development and meiosis of pollen mother cells in order to further investigate and utilize the male sterility.
