摘要
对一支发电机十字轴进行了解剖取样,并做了低倍、金相、能谱等分析,结果表明缺陷是炼钢时产生的以Al2O3为主的复合夹杂物。分析产生缺陷的主要原因后,对生产工艺提出了整改措施。
A cross shaft of generator is carried out anatomical sampling and analyzed in macroscopic test. metallur- gical test and energy spectrum test. The resuh show that detect is AI20s based compound inclusions generated during steelmaking. After analyzing the main reasons of defects, the improved measures are put forward for nmnufaeturing process.
