Under mild conditions, 1,1-dibromo-3,3,3-trifluoroacetone could introduce the trifluo-romethyl group, the formation imidazoles compound with aldehyde, the formation of pyrazines,piperazines, pyridazinones compounds with amino, widely used for the synthesis of various pharmaceutical intermediate in medicine and agriculture field.
