摘要
以邻苯二胺和乙氧亚甲基丙二酸二乙酯为起始原料,经取代、环合、水解、脱羧等反应合成得到4,7-二羟基邻菲罗啉,4,7-二羟基邻菲罗啉进一步氯化、氨化得到4,7-二氯邻菲罗啉和4,7-二胺基邻菲罗啉,各步产率较高,并用核磁共振、红外光谱、质谱进行了表征。
4,7-Dihydroxy-l,10-phenanthroline was synthesized in high yields from o-phenylenediamine and ethoxymethylenemalonic ester through subsititution, cyclic addition, hydrolysis and decarboxylation reac-tions. 4,7-dichloro-l,10-phenanthroline and 4,7-diamino-l, 10-phenanthroline were synthesized from 4,7-dihydroxy-l,10-phenanthroline through chlorination and aminate reactions in good yields. The compounds obtained were characterized by 1H NMR, IR and MS spectra.
