Four indexes suitable for evaluation of technical economy of coking coal preparation plant

根据GB/T15715《煤用重选设备工艺性能评定方法》中对错配物的定义,提出了适用于炼焦煤选煤厂技术经济考核的四项指标。这四项指标均可在两级浮沉(快浮)试验数据基础上,通过结合重力分选的精煤、中煤和矸石产率及相应灰分,简便、精确地计算出来,从而为选煤厂技术经济考核提供了方便。

Four indexes suitable for evaluation of technical economy of coking coal preparation plant is proposed according to the concept of misplaced material in GB/T15715 Coal gravity separating equipment -Performance evaluation. Combined with yield and corresponding ash content of clean coal, middlings and refuse, these indexes can be simply calculated on the basis of two stage float - and - sink （quick float） test data, which is convenient for coal preparation plant to evaluate technical economy.
