摘要
"标准店"的出现与快速发展是购物中心近年以来的一个重大的突破,目的在于使购物中心建设项目全面提速,是商业地产规模化发展中的一个重要保障。然而,中国幅员辽阔,东西南北四面地理环境与地质条件差别极大,"标准店"在具体的实施过程中必然遇到众多"非标准"问题。本文以正在实施的重庆永川万达广场为例,分析与总结了如何在"非标"的情境下去实现"标准店"的实施问题。
The emerge and developing of standard shopping mall is an important milestone of commercial real estate. The standardization is aim at making the construction of Shopping mall faster , and seem it as an important insurance . For while, China as a great country, there a much difference among different areas . So during the operation of standardi- zation it will meet many regional question. Whether in non - standard scene can the standardized building be carried out is an important standard to evaluate prototype is mature or not. This article take yongchuan wanda, plaza as exam- ple to analysis and summary the design and thinking process during the project which is in the non - standard scene and have to carry out the standardized store.
