基于熵权-TOPSIS法对建筑业经济效益评价分析

The Economic Performance of Construction Industry Based on Entropy-TOPSIS Method

本文从各省建筑企业盈利能力、营运能力、偿债能力及规模与效率四个方面对全国31个省市建筑业经济效益进行评价排序。用TOPSIS法测量理想解与各省指标之间的欧式距离,引入熵权法为经济效益评价指标客观赋值,使得评价排序结果在理论上更符合实际。

The construction industry development has gain more attention due to the strong relationship with economic progress. While each province＇s construction industry development levels is imbalance. In this paper, thirty -one provinces are sorting by the economic performance of construction industry. Four factors are considered to build the in- dex method, which are profitability, debt -paying ability, operating capacity and the enterprise scale and efficiency. Using entropy method to endow objective weight to each index and TOSIS is used to measure the distance between the ideal solution and the provinces＇ data. The result is showed that in this way can make the ranking result more approac- hing to the reality in theory and provides references to the development of construction industry.
