摘要
宝应县实验小学与周边四所小学进行组团办学,成立"实验小学集团"。集团变革学校管理模式,通过标杆引领,快速提高教师的教研水平;通过盘活资源,孵化更多的优秀教师;通过各种活动,培育集团内教师的共同价值观。今后的变革方向是:行政管理从联盟型走向紧密型,教研活动从单一走向多元,队伍建设从个体走向团队,信息共享从单向走向互动。
Baoying Experimental Primary School gives students education together with four other schools nearby, establishing an experimental primary school group, which has innovated the mode of school administration as follows: good examples help teachers improve their teaching and research abilities, activating resources cultivates more excellent teachers, and various activities foster teachers' joint values of the group. The future direction to innovation is that executive administration moves from union to intensiveness, teaching and research from the single to the multiple, staff construction from individual to group, and information sharing from one way to interaction.
