摘要 针对机械工程测试技术课程及实验教学环节存在的问题,结合课程教学内容改革,在传统的课程实验基础上,开发了综合测量及控制应用创新实验平台,包括振动测试模块、机器视觉测量应用模块、移动机器人传感应用模块等实验项目。在建立的创新实验平台上,面向本科实验教学进行了应用探索,教学效果表明学生可以自主进行创新实验设计,增强了综合运用传感、信息处理、反馈控制实践能力。 In light of the existing problems of Mechanical Engineering Testing Technology course and experimental teaching, combined with the reform of teaching content, based on the traditional course experiments, the paper developed a measuremenl and control application innovation experimental platform. The platform provided vibration test module, machine vision measurement application module, mobile robot sensing application module and could do other experimental projects. In the established innovative experimental platform, the practical tests have been explored in experiment teaching process for the undergraduates. The results illustrated that students can design innovative experiments according to their own thoughts and their own ideas, and their practice abilities to comprehensively utilize sensing, information processing, anti feedback control are enhanced.
