摘要
针对目前自动化专业实践教学内容单一、分散及缺乏个性的缺陷造成学生创新能力薄弱的问题,分析了"科技创新活动"与专业培养目标之间的关系,阐述了"创新实验室"科技创新活动的内容与途径,以创新能力培养为导向构建创新实验室的运行管理机制,包括经费保障机制、运行机制、项目管理机制及测评机制,实践证明,学生通过创新实验室的项目培养,创新意识与能力得到明显提高,在各类科技竞赛中频频获奖。
To address the problems of students ' weak innovation ability caused by a single and dispersed practice teaching content which is lack of personality, the relationship among the science and technology innovation activities and professional training objectives is analyzed. The contents and ways of technology and innovation activities of the " Innovation Lab" are described, the operation and management mechanism of the "Innovation Lab" are built in order to train the innovation ability. The mechanisms include the funds safeguard mechanism, operation mechanism, project management mechanism and evaluation mechanism. Practices have proven that students'innovative consciousness and ability have been significantly improved by training in the Innovation Lab, the students have frequently win awards in all kinds of technology competitions.
