摘要
公共实训基地是面向社会为地方产业发展提供高技能人才培训和为企业服务的平台,探索实训基地的管理运行机制,对保证基地可持续性发展意义重大。以连云港高技能人才药物制剂公共实训基地为例,从建设背景、建设内容、建设模式和运行保障机制等方面阐述基地做法。实训基地现已实现"对内是实训教学中心,对外是公共实训基地"、"政校合作、双方共赢"的良性运转,为探索高职院校公共实训基地建设模式开辟了新途径。
Public practical training base is socialization platform to provide high-skilled talents training and to serve enterprise. To explore the management operation mechanism of practical training base is necessary for its sustainable development. Taking Lianyungang High-skilled Talents Public Practical Training Base of Pharmaceutical Preparation as an example, the development background, mode and guarantee mechanism are discussed. Now the practical training base has achieved the healthy development mode of practice teaching center for interior and public practical training for external, it is successful in school-government cooperation and conjunct win of both sides. The study established a new approach for the development mode of public practical training base in vocational colleges.
