高校实验室现场行为安全研究

Study on Behavior Based Safety of Laboratory Site in Colleges and Universities

随着近年来实验室事故愈见于报端,实验室安全也受到人们越来越多的关注。为了改善实验室管理现状,在分析目前高校实验室安全管理所存在问题的基础上,将行为安全管理方法引入到实验室管理中。通过分析行为安全管理的应用方法,在以实验关键操作和实验员日常安全行为表现为切入点的基础上,设计出一种基于安全观察与沟通的行为安全分析构建流程和安全审计表格。将其应用到实验室现场行为安全观察中,得到了良好的效果。在实验时各选取了八项审计项目对实验室监管层和操作层进行评价,并将本科生的行为表现情况与研究生进行了对比,取得的结果对高校实验室日常管理能起到一定的安全指导作用。

Laboratory safety is an important content of laboratory management, and it plays an essential role in school development and teaching process. As more and more laboratory aceidents seen in the newspapers in recent years, laboratory safety is gaining more and more attention. In order to improve the management situation of the laboratory, taken current university laboratory safety management level as background, experimental critical mission operations and operator safety behavior acts were used as the focal points to conduet behavior safety analysis, a kind of safety audit processes of laboratory scene behavior anti safety audit tables were established. And when applying that into the laboratory scene behavior observation, it achieved good resuhs. Regulators and operalors of the laboratory were evaluated by two kinds of key behaviors which were consisted by eight audit items, the performance status of undergraduates and gradt, ates were also compared, and the obtained results may play a guiding role in the daily management of laboratories.
