摘要
研究了经过硅胶物理参杂处理前后阳离子改性豌豆淀粉作成膜剂及其黏度、表面张力随硅胶加入量、酶解时间、阳离子化时间的变化,以及改性淀粉乳液涂覆在玻纤表面对玻纤拉伸断裂强度、硬挺度、吸潮性、外迁的影响。结果表明,当酶解时间为14 h,阳离子时间为5 h,变色硅胶量为0.10 g时,成膜剂溶液的表面张力和黏度较低,拉伸断裂强度和硬挺度提高,所得成膜剂成膜性能好,涂覆在玻纤上可提高玻纤的综合性能。
Study on cation modified pea starch film-forming agent treated by silica doped. The changes of the viscosity and surface tension with silica gel dosage, enzymolysis time, cationic time, and influence on the tensile strength, stiffness, hygroscopicity, relocation impact with the modified starch emulsion coated on the surface of glass fiber. The results showed that: When the enzyme-hydrolysis time was 14 h, cation time was 5 h, the adding quantity of silica gel was 0.10g, the surface tension and viscosity of the film- forming agent suspension could be reduced, the film forming agent film forming performance is improved, and it can improve the comprehensive properties of glass fiber.
