摘要
在现有生产设备和技术条件下,在原有品种SGCC钢的基础上,对其生产工艺进行了优化。在冷轧工艺研究及控制上,重点优化提升了冷轧压下率、退火工艺、光整拉矫工艺等。试生产后对产品实物从力学性能、组织性能上进行了质量分析,并对比了不同退火工艺下的成品组织。产品发往客户后,对下游客户的使用情况进行了跟踪,针对发现的质量问题,从优化热轧卷取温度、提升镀锌机组速度改进热轧原料等方面做了后期工艺质量改进。优化后的GFDX-M在下游多家用户进行了冲压试验,冲压性能和表面质量均达到了其使用要求。
Under the present production equipments and technical conditions, the process of the original steel grade SGCC is optimized. Based on research about cold rolling process and its control, the emphases are put on raising cold rolling reduction rate, annealing and polishing - tempering - tension - straightening. After tri- al production, the product is analyzed for its quality in mechanical properties and structure, and the finished product structures are compared in different annealing process. After the products delivered to customers, their application is tracked. To the problems discovered in utilization, the later stage process quality improve- ment is done in optimizing hot rolling coiling temperature, increasing speed of galvanizing sets and improving raw material for hot rolling. Stamping tests are done in several down - stream customers for optimized prod- ucts GFDX - M, and its stamping property and surface quality reach the demand of customers.
