高强塑性低碳钒-钛微合金钢的组织性能 被引量:1

摘要 钢坯经两阶段控制轧制后,采用UFC→690℃→炉冷的冷却工艺将钒—钛微合金钢冷却至室温,研究了钒—钛微合金钢的组织性能,阐明了强化机理。结果表明,在现有工艺条件下,可获得全铁素体组织,铁素体晶粒尺寸为4.4±3.0μm。实验钢的屈服强度高达733 MPa,断后延伸率达到了27.5%,呈现出较强的塑性,沉淀强化量达到了300 MPa。 After its billet being rolled through two -stage controlled rolling, the vanadium -titanium micro alloy steel is cooled down to room temperature through cooling process of UFC - 690 ℃ - furnace cooling, Its structure properties are researched, the strengthening mechanism stated. It is showed from the result that under the present process conditions, complete ferrite structure can be gotten, its grain size 4.4 ± 3.0 μm. The experimental steel has yield strength up to 733 MPa, broken elongation up to 27.5% , and better plastici- ty, the precipitation strengthening amount up to 300 MPa.
