摘要 通过断口、断面附着物和应力分析,找到了M2拉刀淬火过程中异常开裂的原因是预热炉底部温度低,柄部预热不充分,转移至高温炉后快速加热导致心部产生拉应力引发开裂。建议采取定期测量比对预热炉和高温炉温度均匀性,及时捞渣防止底部温度低等预防措施。 With analysis of fracture surface, section attachment and stress, the reason for the abnormal cracking of M2 broach in quenching is found out : too low temperature at the bottom of pre - heating furnace, the handle of broach not being fully pre - heating, and too fast heating when coining into high - temperature furnace, then that causing tensile stress in core of broach and then cracks. It is suggested to measure and compare in regular period the temperature homogeneity of pre - heating furnace and high - temperature furnace, remove in time the slag in the furnace to prevent temperature being too low.
